Block Height

It refers to a block’s location in the blockchain, which is measured by how many blocks precede it. The first block in any blockchain, known as the genesis block, has a height of 0. Every subsequent block added to the chain increases the height by 1. For example, if a blockchain has 500 blocks, the height of the latest block is 500.
